Our client is an important Italian General Contractor Construction Company and for its branch based in Algeries we are looking for a:
BRANCH MANAGER - ALGERIA (BC.7001.BM)
The Branch Manager will report functionally to the Italian Financial Manager and will manage administrative, financial and customs practices related to the Algerian Branch.
- Monitoring and supporting the site’s activities to ensure their proper functioning
- Granting the compliance of the site’s administrative documentation and contracts
- Managing and providing support to ensure the best perfomances of local team members
- Purchasing activities
- Constant update with the Italian HQ
- At least 10 years of experience in Administrative roles for similar companies (general contractor, buiding, oil&gas), in a French-speaking country.
- Skilled in customs and accounting practices related to construction sites
- Experience in managing teams in sites, purchasing and organizing site materials
- Italian and French: fluent/mothertongue level
- English: a fair knowledge would be very appreciated
- Team management and leadership skills are necessary
- If not resident in the area, availability to move to Algeria
The contract offered is permanent. The company will provide for the accomodation near the office, return trips, pc, mobile. The compensation package will be determined on the basis of the candidate’s experience and expertise.
